Introduction
Luen Shing was established in Hong Kong in1985.We have a strong capital base,awell-established infrastructure and aworldwide clientele base.We specialize in the engineering and manufacturing of plastic injection mold,blow mold,die casting mold,prototype making,custom-made component,precision mold base,plastic part and finished production,these products are suitable for automotive parts,household products,industrial and medical components,electrical appliances,office equipments and toys.
Luen Shing has a population of about 350 engineers and more than 2,000 technicians,machine operators &staff who are devoted to provide a high-level quality tooling service in the industry.
There is a 14,000 sq ft office set up in Hong Kong.Luen Shing Hong Kong office is responsible for project management,engineering,design,sales,R & D,finance and customer service.This dedicated engineering/sales team acts as a liaison with customers from all over the world.
Located in Pan Yu,Guangdong Province,China,we have a 500,000 sq ft tooling.manufacturing plant,which is operating at a unique managerial system,providing a 'one-stop shop service' from the conceptual design to finished good production. There are seven mold fabrication workshops, each workshop is running independently to ensure the customer's product information is managed in a non-disclosed condition.The factory aims at offering an efficient mold fabrication and cost effective support to its customers;with the economy of scale,we could manage multiple projects concurrently.The entire manufacturing procedure includes product development,2D & 3D drawing,prototype making,mold manufacturing,mold trial,pilot molding and mass production.
Tool Making Facilities
Luen Shing started utilizing CAD/CAM system for mold manufacturing since 1988.Currently we operate a wide assortment of CNC machines & equipments,which include: 5-axis machining center,vertical machining center,double column machining center,multi-spindle CNC milling machine,E.D.W,E.D.M,jig grinder,surface grinder,cylindrical grinder,nano turner,4-axis CNC lathe,drilling machine,gun drill,etc.To maintain tooling precision,some of tge operations is carried out in machining room that maintains a constant temperature of 20 |
